Booking Process: In order to book travel services with Sunny Travel Dreams, you must fill out and submit the credit card authorization form provided by the Agency. This form authorizes us to charge your credit card for the total amount specified in the invoice for the requested services. Please note that we cannot make any bookings until the credit card authorization form has been completed.
Payment: The total amount specified in the invoice must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Vendor. We accept payments via credit card. If you opt for a payment plan, a deposit must be made to secure the booking, and the remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed-upon schedule, this is case by case as all vendors are different.
Refunds and Cancellations: All refunds and cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, which varies depending on the specific travel services booked. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events. If you need to cancel your trip, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Charge Back Clause: In the event of a chargeback by the Client or the credit card issuer, the Client agrees to reimburse us for any chargeback fees incurred, as well as the original amount charged. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount.
Liability: Please note that we act as an intermediary between you and various travel service providers, and we are not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third-party providers. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and conditions of any travel services booked through us, and for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage. We can provide information about travel insurance options, but it is your responsibility to review and understand the coverage, terms, and conditions of any insurance policy purchased.
Changes to Itinerary: Please note that changes to the itinerary, including but not limited to changes in travel dates, destinations, or accommodations, may result in additional fees or penalties imposed by the travel service providers. You are responsible for any such fees or penalties, and we will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred as a result of changes to the itinerary.
Confidentiality: We will treat all Client information provided on the credit card authorization form as confidential and will only use it for the purpose of processing the payment for the travel services booked. Please note that we may be required to disclose your information to third-party providers in order to facilitate the booking of travel services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the jurisdiction in which we are located.
